The standard set of pre-installed applications are included with the handset, which offers a generous 64 MB of ROM coupled with 32 MB of RAM. Not so common for Windows Mobile smartphones, however, the SGH-i250 also offers full support for J2ME MIDP 2.0, as well as speaker-independent voice dialing and navigation, integrated Bluetooth and a miniSD slot for memory expansion purposes."
